Showcase the partnership between IBM and American Airlines and the creation of their dynamic rebooking system. The aim was to highlight the innovation behind dynamic rebooking and the solution this technology offered customers as an alternative option during travel disruptions. It was important to emphasize the role of IBM Cloud platform in expediting the development process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Approach

Interview primary stakeholders from American Airlines to bridge the gap; connecting both business and technology sides of the business. Understanding the unique problems that exist in their industry created an opportunity to highlight the effectiveness of their partnership and the power of IBM Cloud. Production took place at American Airlines global headquarters in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas

Impact

Demonstrated the real-world application and power of IBM Cloud. This campaign for IBM helped raise awareness of the benefits of cloud technology and microservices in solving complex problems. By showcasing the partnership between IBM and American Airlines, we were able to illustrate the potential for similar collaborations across industries to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.
