Brief

We were approached to create a video for Shell that showcased the innovation, efficiency, and safety enhancements achieved through their robotic technology. The goal was to demonstrate how these cutting-edge technologies are transforming the way they work, improving employee safety, and streamlining production processes.

Approach

We focused on telling the story from the perspective of the employees who have experienced the transformation firsthand. We interviewed several key stakeholders, who shared their experiences with the manual processes before the implementation of the robotics and highlighted how the technology has improved their day-to-day work life. We also showcased the robots' capabilities to mimic human tasks and the positive impact on productivity by illustrating how they have enabled employees to focus on higher-level research and problem-solving.

Impact

The project was a resounding success, not only in highlighting the cutting-edge robotics technology at Shell but also in showcasing the company's commitment to employee safety, efficiency, and innovation. The video has helped to position Shell as a leader in the energy transition and technology adoption. It has also fostered a positive perception of the company's work environment, attracting new talent and demonstrating to stakeholders that Shell is at the forefront of driving innovation and adapting to the future of work.
